EU and Swiss Safe Harbor
MDA adheres to the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Privacy Principles and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Privacy Principles developed by the US Department of Commerce (“Safe Harbor Principles”) regarding the collection, processing, sharing and retention of personal information about Site visitors located in the European Union and Switzerland.
